About Me
I'm Fabián, a director in a technology company where I lead Global Support and Site Reliability Teams. With a background in software and services, I bring extensive client-oriented experience in Cloud and AI Platforms, specializing in Platform and Infrastructure as a Service (PaaS and IaaS).
As a student in a Master's program in Artificial Intelligence, my focus is on using AI to tackle complex challenges in tech support to improve our customers' experience with our products and services. My goal is to simplify product and service usage for clients, providing comprehensive guidance throughout their technology implementation journey, from initial deployment to ongoing optimization. I am deeply invested in researching edge technologies to enhance our customer engagement through scalable, intelligent platforms.
